No Returns or Exchanges after 30 days will be accepted. All returns are for store credit only and will be charged 20% restocking fee as well. Cancelled orders for any reason whatsoever, including back orders will be charged a 10% processing fee. By accepting this order, buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this sale.

| Warranty: |
|
Merchandise is warranted against defects of material or workmanship when properly installed. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported prior to installation. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part returned to us which upon inspection, is found to be defective. Claims for labor charges will not be allowed.

| Shipping: |
Our primary method of shipping is Ground, UPS. 2nd Day Air and 3 day Saver are available for an additional charge. Large shipments, such as motors, will ship by truck freight service.
**ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS**
THE BUYER SHALL ASSUME ANY AND ALL CUSTOMS FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT AND THE SHIPMENT OUT OF THE USA. IF ANY CUSTOMS CHARGE GO UNPAID THEY WILL BE BILLED TO THE CREDIT CARD OF THE PURCHASE.

| Shipping Errors: |
|
If an incorrect item is received due to our error we will issue a UPS call tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving we will re-ship by GROUND shipping at our expense.

| Payment: |
|
We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal and money orders. At this time we do not accept Discover, American Express, or E-Check. Right now not a big enough customer base uses these services and they are not worth the fees. If you would like to use one of those payment options we don’t offer please let us know so we can re-evaluate or payment services. If you would like to pay by money order please call us with the total amount before sending the money order.

All core returns that are sent in to DSM Performance are FINAL.

Please email all shipping tracking requests to tracking@performancedsm.com and your request will be processed in a timely manner. We cannot give out tracking numbers any other way because it takes way too much of our time.
